lucette is operated as a sole proprietorship by K. Quinones, based in New York, United States.

Information You Provide
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information from your X (Twitter) account through OAuth authentication, including your X user ID, username, display name, and profile image. If you connect additional platforms, we collect similar information from those accounts:
- Farcaster: Your Farcaster ID (FID), username, display name, and profile image via Neynar’s authentication
- Threads (Meta): Your Threads user ID, username, display name, and profile image via Meta’s OAuth
Email Address: We collect your email address when you sign up for our mailing list or create an account.
Content: We store the posts and threads you create and schedule through the Service, including any media you upload.
Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing information. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system, and browser type.
IP Address: We collect your IP address when you access the Service.

- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse

Service Providers
We use third-party services to help operate the Service. These providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf:
- Vercel: Hosting, serverless infrastructure, analytics, and file storage
- Supabase: Database hosting and management
- Resend: Email delivery for transactional and marketing emails
- Upstash: Caching and background job processing
- X (Twitter): Authentication and posting via their API
- Farcaster (via Neynar): Optional crossposting to Farcaster
- Threads (Meta): Optional crossposting to Threads
- Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing for subscriptions
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Business Transfers
If lucette is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention

If you delete your account:

- Billing records are retained for 90 days for tax and legal compliance

Deletion: You can delete your account at any time. This will remove your scheduled posts and personal information according to the retention schedule above.

Data Security
